Lombard - is it open?

I was looking to play lombard 18 last week but they had it all blocked off for a festival. Does anyone know if it is open and ready for leagues tonight?

The word I got from Steve0 and Matul is that it will be open this week and leagues will be on at the meadows.  I am quite envious as it looks like a gorgeous day.  Enjoy!

I played it Wednesday evening.  Everything was good with the exception of the usual wet area that is Hole 4.
