Hey, I have an old clear colored disc my brother used, and its so difficult to find in the woods.  Is there a good type of paint that will work well to stick on the disc and not come off instantly.  I tried some spray paint, but thats leaving an orange residue everywhere it goes.  Is there a better way?  any advice would be great!

You can color the disc with Sharpie.

Painted discs are no longer legal for play that is subject to PDGA rules. You can dye them or write on them with sharpie.

what kind of dyes work on the discs?  cause i just need something bright that i wont lose, haha.  Sharpie just seems like it could be hard to get all on there, but if thats what will work best, then guess I will have to

Sharpie is the easiest thing to use but there are formulas for dye on this site and pdga.com disussion board if you search around.

www.discgolfersr.us has a topic area devoted to dying discs.  I'd look there, rather than here or pdga.com.

Jsut so you know, coloring a clear disc with dye is not that easy, the colr does not like to set very well. My recommendation... use dark colors to dye it with.
