Anyone planning on heading to this one?

Carla and I plan to make our first appearance at Homie and are looking for recommendations for a place to stay close to the courses/park.

Thanks.

Definitely heading there, it's on my list every year now. I would recommend staying in Merrillville, it's a short drive to the course and a few of the places are pretty cheap too (while not also being crappy).

I think I stayed at the Super 8 or Red Roof last year.

I think I have to miss HOMIE for the 2nd year in a row.  Sundays are hell for me to get off work.
Vibram Disc Golf, Ledgestone Insurance, Paragon and Whirld Sports are all cool. Real cool.

Is there any on-line pre-reg for this event?
Yes.  I just signed up via PDGA signup on the PDGA website.  There is an icon next to the tournament listing.  It was going to either be Homie or Bloomington for me and my schedule worked out better for Homie.  I was hoping to play Brett's tournament.  Oh well. Homie is always a great tournament. Hopefully most players can do both.

I didn't ask about the doubles but I did email him about which courses are being played. He responded very quickly. I'd recommend sending the email/calling as airspuds mentioned.

FYI: Advanced/Pro play Blue and Silver courses.
Never played here before so that was my question to him so I knew which to practice on Saturday.

Just  booked at the Red Roof in Merrillville for $49 (would have saved $5 if I would have said 1 adult instead of 2  ;) )

Are those courses for Sunday? Brian Cummings sent the information about Blue/Silver courses for Advanced/Pro.

Hi Brett,
The courses played will be determined by the turn-out. Pro and advanced
will probably play the silver and blue and the rest will go to red and
blue...probably...

Contact me with any questions and I will provide prompt answers.
