Here is a place I go when I am in doubt and need a scorecard, or two, or three, etc.

Adrian Sr. has a stack of generic Innova score cards.  Tell him that if he'll give them up, I'll give him another stack.  Also, see me at the tournament and I'll give them up to you, if you don't see Adrian.  Won't help you out tonight but could be helpful for next week.

found this online...it's in spreadsheet/excel file format so you can change it to 20 holes for fairfiled friendly play.
