The 5th DISConitnuum Disc Golf Club Invitational will take place on Monday September 7th. This is a PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier and is for current club members only. One lucky participant will walk away with an Innova Traveler Basket. The event is free for amateurs and $10 for pros. Bring your bag tags! There will also be a putting and driving contest. If you want to play and are not a current club member just show up and purchase a club membership for $15.00. Check the link below for all information.

IOS #4 @ Round Lake, IL is approaching fast. The event will take place on September 12th & 13th at Fairfield Park. This is the 4th and final stop of the Illinois Open Series. Fairfield has had an average of 160 players over the last 3 events. Check this link for tournament information.

DISContinuum DGC Fall League at Bevier Park has started. League will be held every Sunday in Waukegan. League starts promptly at 10am so we can catch the beginning of all NFL games. For more information check this link.

Any new PDGA members joining after September 1st, memberships are extended through the following year. So you get 4 months in 2009 and all of 2010 as a PDGA member. This also goes for those renewing that have not been current in the past 5+ years. When you join online at PDGA.com select DISConitnuum in the affiliate club section to save $5.00.
