In attendance at the meeting were Adrian Sr, Mike C, Dave M, Stan K, Tom S, Tom M, Brett C, & Scott P.
The meeting was about 1.5 hours

_Topics_

-Finances: The Club has $6549.59 in the checking account, $62.29 in pay pal and $1710.54 For the 2010 A-Tier.

-Club Memberships: The membership fee will remain at $15.00 for 2010. Sergio is working on a bag tag stamp.

-Club Elections: There will be a post soon for nominations if anyone wants to volunteer. The election will be in December.

-Club Stock: The club stock inventory was tonight, there is plenty of plastic for the Haloween event this Sat. (including glow).

-Club Glow Event --Saturday October 31st: The baskets will be lit up with nice glow strips.

-League: There is 2 weeks remaining in fall league. After Fall ends there will be one week off before Winter league starts. Winter league will be ran by Tom McManus and is 10 weeks long using 5 courses. The courses are Adler, Grayslake, Waukegan, New Mundelien and Warren .

-2010 Club Challenge and Club Invite: Both will be back for 2010

-Other topics: Dave M. recently moved to Illinois from North Carolina, he lives in the Highland Park area. Dave attended the meeting tonight and brought a proposal for an expansion of Cunniff Park, The map of the course layout looks great. The wheels are in motion and hopefully it gets approved.

Good to hear Dave M. (Dave242) is getting involved with discontinuum.  I've have talked to him through dgcr.  Hope his plans for cuniff go through!  Maybe he could post the proposed map?

Sorry I couldn't make the meeting. It's a little tough getting to the north burbs from the "City That Works...You Over" during the week.

Life interventions have kind of limited my participation in meetings, league and general club functions lately. Shouldn't be misinterpreted as any lack of support for the Club, or especially Brett's contribution to DG activities in general.

I want to clarify that the $1710.54 is part of the $6549.59 we have in checking, not in addition to.  Thanks to everyone who showed up yesterday.
