The Matt who found the disc is under the impression a "junior" Matt Cook is the owner. If anyone knows this Matt Cook, please have him contact me to get his disc back.

non-current pdga member #34516 is written on the disc. (the same finder contacted me too)

Looks like the PDGA got rid of the backdoor method to getting non-current's info. :-(
