Lost at Adler in River

Had a home dye job champion valkyrie skip off the path and into the river today at Adler #9.  I had heard rumors about a guy fishing discs out of the water and reselling them.  Does anybody have contact information for this guy and is it true? 

If anybody sees the valk on sale or washed up on shore, please let me know.  I am willing to pay $10 or possibly more to get this disc back.  The picture is attached.  Thanks.

I do not have contact info for the river troller, but you can always find the little guy selling his cache prior to Tuesday night league out there.  Hopefully only a few more weeks till it starts again!

Be wary about that little shit...

He tried to sell stuff  to me when I realized two of the discs belonged to my friends which HAD their contact number and name visibly written.. 

I can understand him asking to get paid for going into the river but to not even contact the people is wrong...
