There is a club meeting this Wednesday at Mitch's in Grayslake, IL. The meeting will start at 6:00PM. Mitch's is located on the west side of 83 between 120 & Washington.

We are currently accepting new memberships for 2010.  Our goal for 2010 is 150+ club members.  Club membership are $15.00 in which you get a club bag tag. Thank you for the support! Without your support this club would not exist. Please see what your $15.00 gets you.

The 2010 DISContinuum Spring Best Shot League is in full swing.  League will rotate between Grayslake, Waukegan, and Gurnee.  There are 10 weeks remaining in Spring League.  Since snow is on the ground and during spring thaw concrete tees will be play twice for player safety and no major damage will be done to the course. The 4th DISContinuum Club Challenge will be held on 03/28/2010 at Black Bear Park in Hoffman Estates, IL.  Clubs include DISContinuum, FVMDGC, and SDGU.  More info to come.


Spring is on the way and the Illinois Open Series is getting ready to kickoff year number 7. On May 1st and May 2nd IOS#1 The Dave Pitner Memorial will be held at Community Park in Channahon, IL. The Tournament is a Pro/AM B tier. For more info on the link below:

DISContinuum Presents IOS#2 The Illiana Open will be an A-tier in Crown Point, IN. The event will take place on May 22nd and 23rd. We want to thank Brian Cummings and Red Roc for supporting this event. Registration will be open soon.  More info can be found at the link below:

Please join the PDGA. Save your tournament directors some work and join prior to the first event you play. You can save $5.00 by choosing DISContinuum as the affiliate club. You can call the PDGA and join over the phone to save on the online fee. Last year Illinois ranked 5th with 551 members and tied for 12th with the number of sanctioned events. Illinois has 132 courses which ranks 6th in the US. Check this link for more information. If you have any questions contact the Illinois PDGA State Coordinator Brett Comincioli.
