I'm going to be set up at the Taste of Lombard in the Business tent this weekend, July 3rd and 4th.  The location is on the Madison Meadows disc golf course - should be somewhere along the fairway for 19.  The course itself will be marked as closed, but still feel free to stop by and browse some plastic! :)

oh yeah, and there is a $2 entry fee to get in to the Taste - but it should be pretty sweet.  I was told they average 100,000 people per day and then 400,000 on July 4th for the fireworks that are fired off from the baseball fields.

Good luck out there Scott.

Scott,

You better watch out. The Kamm's might shut down the taste of Lombard since you are on their course.  ;D

that's too funny. they stopped us from changing and getting concrete put in at the Kirkland course...cause they told the parks people it doesn't help the sport if they aren't involved in the decision making.  good luck scott.

Duain,

Do you have a park e-mail for # of the person in charge? I'd like to inform them of how poor Midwest Disc Golf Course design is.

I stopped by the tents today to find out where I'm going to set up for Saturday and Sunday.  WOW is this thing a HUGE event!  It takes up all of hole 1, through hole 19 including all of the area used for the typical temp holes out by the road.  There is an entrance where a temp hole is sometimes placed off the gravel (near 18's tee), that is the entrance to go to if you want to stop by right away - it's right next to the business tent.  You might even see an innova banner hanging by the tent edge as you walk in.  Should be an awesome weekend, and even if you're not looking for discs - if you're in the area check this thing out!
