Its just a title based on your total number of posts.

Here's how it goes now -
0-100 posts: Board Newbie
101-250 posts: Active Poster
251-500 posts: Helpful & Friendly (I choked on this one... It originally was Discontinuum All Star but that seemed more appropriate of 501-1000...)
501-1000: Discontinuum All Star
1001+: Needs to find a job.

If anyone has any suggestions on different names, levels for total posts, etc feel free to share.

Same goes for the graphic it uses.

"Helpful and friendly" is kind of weird but I like the rest of the categories.
