I don't know what all the hotkeys are, but I do know for sure that ALT + S will post your reply. That works in new topics, and replying to existing ones (both in quick reply and regular reply).

Feel free to add other shortcuts as you find them!

ALT+P will Preview your post before it goes up.  I'm not too sure if this forum supports more than that.
