I'm presuming that these tags will be on leather like the ones this year are on.  Are there rules as far as how thick or thin a line has to be or how far the separation has to be on tag so that the resulting bag tag can look as much like the design as possible?  I would presume that it would have similar restrictions to what you are limited to when creating a hot stamp design.

Thanks!

Yes, same as this year. Not sure about the thickness. Mirth can answer that.

Deadline is approaching fast!

0 submitted so far, but I also haven't checked my email this morning yet.

No restrictions on the tags except they ask that a 1/4" margin be left on all sides.

Cmon people!  I'm sure some of you have artistic talent.  Just think how cool it woudl be to have all 500 of our 2007 members with your design on their bag  :)  If nobody submits anything then the default tag is just a plastic tag with this picture on it.......http://discontinuum.org/gallery/FairfieldDubs%21/2006_fairfield_dubs_005

If there are no submissions by the deadline, how about I post all my designs and let the people decide?

I'm thinking there will be at least one or two submitted before the deadline... your best bet would be to at least submit one of your three

I'd think it would be more advantageous to be running on Pacific time... get yourself an extra 5 hours! ;)

Eastern time?

YOU RUNNING ON EASTERN TIME???
Nope. But if people turned them in late, I'd have a better chance at winning.

mirth

eastern time would be turning them in early...
