It was great to finally throw some shots with solid footing at Streamwood. The cement tee pads are looking great. The baskets are a nice addition as well. I enjoyes some of the minor changes in places. Shot -5 in the current layout. Can't wait to see the course updated with tee signs too.

The tee sign frames are being installed today. The actual tee signs should be installed by next weekend.

Also, a couple trees are being added to hole 17.

The course is looking great.  Concrete tee pads and new baskets have really improved this course.  Congrats to SDGU for all the hard work that they have put into the course. Marty and Pat were out there working on the course yesterday. Hopefully there will be a big turnout for the event this weekend.

I agree. I saw Tom out there yesterday.  The course looks as good as I have ever seen it. I saw them cutting branches on the approach to 4's basket and told them I thought they should leave it alone and make it harder to approach the basket.  Marilyn Baker and her family were out on the course yesterday and greeted us.  I am looking forward to playing on Saturday.
