Let us hope that the whores of evil no longer loiter on the doorsteps of your path beckoning you into the brothel of despair, and that here and after may present them with the most rigid manistfestation of a firm and manly will.

Are Advanced Masters playing the longs?

We'll talk.
I think it's a good chance we'll be doing one round long, one round short for Adv. Masters and Adv. Grandmasters.

What Junior divisions are offered?  19 16 13?  I've been playin junior this year cause u dont need PDGA membership or extra $10.  Next year tho I'll probably play Novice or Rec so watch out.  ;)

SERG

If there is a specific junior division requested please put in the message box when registering online or put on registration form. In order to compete for a trophy there should be a minimum of 3 players in division.

The above discs are being sold for $18/each.

"I also have available a limited run TFR Champion Glo Cobras 167g-180g with the Team Innova Swoosh Hot Stamp.  I was told only 2000 were produced.  There selling for $20 each

I know there are a few on ebay: CFR SELECTION

Looking forward to seeing all you IL golfers up here next weekend..  Sponsors are coming in so it looks like it could be a good year to play..  With the prairie fairly high this year we will have a lot of spotters out there to keep the flow going.
Let us hope that the whores of evil no longer loiter on the doorsteps of your path beckoning you into the brothel of despair, and that here and after may present them with the most rigid manistfestation of a firm and manly will.

Will there be a merch selller here or is it only going to be what is expensive at the bookstore?

Hi Serg:

What's the status on this? The latest flyer I saw says everyone on Sat plays longs both rounds; I don't want to bother practiicing the short tees if we're not playing 'em.  ;)

Looking forward to making it this year...
thanks,
Damon

Could I possibly play any worse if I didn't practice putting??

Answers to a couple of questions:

Vendor:
WiDye will be the sole vendor accepting amateur prize money. The University Bookstore will probably not be open as well as not a part of the event.

Damon:
Adv. Masters/GM will be playing one round from the longs, one from the shorts. Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to update the flyer.

Tom McManus

The course is playing much tougher.  The fairways on the so called open holes have been narrowed considerably, the prairie grass is 4' tall in most spots.  It doesn't look like the course has gotten as much play since it has been reconfigured.  It should be a great event.

SERG

Course is currently in tournament placements.
Hole#1 is around the corner.
Hole #6 is far right.
Hole #13 is long and right.
Hole #15 is long and right.
Hole #16 is up into the woods.
Hole #17 will stay to the left (Sorry, Tom we switched it this morning. We made a decision to keep it left so hopefully less people throw to out over the prairie and don't make it back)
Hole #18 will be played in reverse like last year. I will try to get flags out there tomorrow. If I don't they will be there by Thursday for sure.
Hole #19 will be similar to last year. You will tee throwing to north of hole #18's long basket kind of toward the flag poles. There is a new sidewalk that has been put in. It will play with OB on or over both sidewalks and the road.
Hole #20 will be along the sidewalk path back to hole #1. It will be about a 250' hole with the OB on or over the sidewalk, an OB line at the edge of the prairie grass and a black construction fence. This should be a fun hole if the wind is coming in off the lake as it was today.

Let me know if you have any questions.

So will WiDye have a bunch of discs, or only the ones that they dye?

They'll have bunches.  ;) They sponsored the Saukville tournament and had a nice selection.

As Damon mentioned, WiDye offers a very wide selection of plastic, however, it is all Innova...maybe a few Millennium mixed in. He also carries all the accessories, clothing, stools, bags, straps, etc.
