IOS #7 @ Fairfield

Wow! Can't believe the seriels finale is coming soon. This event filled on the Int/Rec/Jr day last year and has been one of our largest events since we started the IOS in 2003. Please preregister. We will play 2 rounds of 20 holes so we'll have a limit of 100 players each day. I've already started uploading names of preregistered players on the PDGA Tour page. Some of the names on there have not yet paid but they have played every event this year so i'm assuming they willl be there for #7. It saves me that hassle of uploading them since i've already have a document with them entered.

At some point in time you'll have to make the emotional move to Illinois that would correspond with the geographical move you've already made.  You should play the Channahon tourney this weekend.  That's a pretty good course.

I think I will be playing on Sunday as long as some of my clients pay me this week. It's on my list of tournies.

I think halway through the second round he'll see that a whole bunch of Chicago area players are winning, so he'll have Griese play the rest of the round for him.

Sure, the one tournament I actually had a chance to win in rec (I play Fairfiled every day) and I get bumped up.....by one lousy point!!!  Looking at my round ratings, I can't figure how I moved up, but oh well.  Hopefully Aurora gave me enough points to pass Joe Stephens for IOS overall and I won't need Fairfield in rec.  We'll see.

You should consider Chainmeisters' suggestion. Play Trophy only, it's an inexpensive option and you won't threaten your Am status. Besides you would probably score well and get to play with Barrett if she shows up.

Unfortunately, Saturday at Fairfield won't work for us.  Anyhow, Mukey needs a Schwinn to compete against. But, next year I'll probably play trophy only pro so Ben can play advanced.  Even if I drop back down to rec, Ben most likely won't drop back down to int.

Maybe I just need to come up to Wisconsin to play good golf. The Warmup this year was the only event I felt good about. Now I REALLY have my work cut out for me to try & catch Ben...
