Skydive Chicago- Dayton, IL (outside of Ottawa) 9 holes to be installed early June.

AWESOME 9 holer with 2 tees per hole

There was some talk earlier this year of NIU in DeKalb installing an 18 hole course on campus behind the residency towers (here). Been a while since we've heard anything new though.

Brad--Not sure what park it will be. One of the larger parks with a lot of traffic was ruled out.

Also--Got an e-mail yesterday about a possible 9 hole course in Rockford.

just heard today that Pekin is getting another course?? don't know all the details, but someone said it would be off of Koch St. headed out of town. I can't imagine whwere they would have it down there. it is mostly all open fields with no trees what so ever. guess we will just wait and see. If it happens, I would imagine it would be like Manito and be a 9 hole beginner course.

WOW! Lindenhurst is getting a 9 holer! I hope they have the same designer as Lake Villa, so the course will be so bad that it will get no play. It will be another Lake county gem!

Ha. I believe the same guy (3D Design) who did Antioch and Grayslake is doing it.

The boys at Lemon Lake will start building the 5th course when things dry up. Supposed to be a really good one too!

The new course in Rockford will not be at Anna Page. It's on private ground. Once I get official word I will post the location.

Glen Ellyn has a 9 hole installed at Maryknoll Park.  Haven't been there yet but will make it by the end of the week.  Heard it's a mostly open, some elevation course with holes mainly 250-300 feet.

Awesome. I had heard about this course last year from DGA. Glad to hear it went in. After you play it can you add the info to PDGA & DGCR?

If you build it. They will come. So I did. Played Maryknoll Park in Glen Ellyn.
Just got out of my car and whitechocolate pulled up. We both said could not
wait until Friday's Sun.

After #6 basket walk past the t-box on left that's #9 box. Go to your right up
the hill to #7 box. 7 out 8 back to 9 box. GoodDriveBadPutt has
a review on dgcoursereview site #1Box pointed in wrong direction.

I just read your review.  Its very close to the Lombard courses so why bother?  Still, if this course was in my area (which has none) I would be thrilled.  We need a Chicago 9 bagger course (or better) anywhere in the near north suburbs or the north side of the city.

Baker Park in Kewanee is playable now. alot better than the 12 hole course they have at Chataqua Park. they are finishing up pouring the tee pads, but you can play it as is right now.
