2026 Club Membership Information
Discontinuum encourages disc golfers of ALL skill levels to join. There is little else that will improve your game or enhance the courses you play more than a Discontinuum membership.
Discontinuum is home to the 2011 AM World Champion, Kenny Glassman, 2011 Junior Boys AM World Champion and 2013 Am World Champion, Steven Jacobs., and 2022 & 2024 Am Worlds 50+ and 2022 US Masters 50+ Champion, Jeff Romig.
The club offers free clinics and tournaments and is a community of avid disc golfers all here to help each other enjoy this amazing sport.
There is a full benefits list below, but the single biggest reason to join is the impact on local courses. Discontinuum puts 100% of any money raised through the club back into local courses.
In 2025, Discontinuum contributed the following to the local disc golf scene:
- Purchased 100 Frisbees for Chicago Public Schools.
- Donated $250 for a plaque for Ronn Blough which is now displayed at Adler Park.
- Replaced and installed new OB posts at Fairfield
- Purchased, designed, and installed 32 new tee signs at Fairfield.
- Installed and painted distances on 6 boulders to mark driving distance for #4 gold at Fairfield.
- 52 more continuous weeks of our Thursday morning league.
If you enjoy playing the local courses in NE Illinois, odds are Discontinuum had a hand in developing, installing, or improving that course. Even if you never play a club event or league, your $20 makes a huge impact on the local disc golf scene!

Our yearly Bag Tag Challenge adds fun and competitiveness to casual, league, and tournament rounds. Your bag tag is included with your membership, and Bag Tag Challenge details can be seen here.
Members enjoy a 10% discount at TriFox Disc Golf Pro Shop. You must show a current Discontinuum bag tag at the store for your discount. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Not applicable to used discs, Grip bags, and some other mfr. excluded products.
Free sanctioned tournament every year for all PDGA members. No entry fee if you are a current PDGA member and $10 if you are not. CTPs are always a part of this event. The pro division does have a small entry fee, but we do issue payouts in the open division.
Free instructional clinics are given by local and touring pros as well as some of the best disc golf instructors in the area.
Inexpensive leagues. Currently, the club runs a PDGA-sanctioned Thursday AM league that’s a whole dollar to play in. There is no more affordable way to play PDGA-rated rounds! The league runs all year round and consists of golfers of literally every skill level. League details can be found here.
Opportunity to represent the club in the yearly Club Challenge, a tournament pitting all of the largest disc golf clubs in the area against each other. This is a HUGE, FREE event held at the Lemon Lake Flight Center in IN, and Discontinuum has won 2 of the last 3 years!
