And you know what makes me sick??? Is that you only consider yourself a solid advanced player and not a pro yet. I understand that there are some really really good players out there and your prolly right to place yourself where you do, but I've never played with them and when I play with you I feel like a little girl.

Im very torn on this issue and will write more when I've digested it a bit, but I know that I dislike giving points based on the amount of people you beat.



If you play amazingly well, but your playing on a far away course that few people show up to your being penalized because fewer people didn't make the treak out whereas you could beat the rest of the pack at another course by a single stroke, but if there were 20 people there you just got a significant point boost.



If any sort of point system was used I think it would have to be x points for first y for second and so on.

My vote is as follows.

Point system set for every event regardless of how many people show up.



1st-]x points

2nd-]y points

3rd-] z points



and so on.



In regards to using Safarri to determine handicaps we could still do that, just write down the scores and use them later.



Either way I'm just out to have fun and hopefully improve my game so the system used for scring isn't that huge of a deal to me though it would be nice to win a new basket :-)

Well Saturday should be easy pickings for anyone going after my tag, that horrible horrible sickness I had before is creaping back upon, Have a doctors apointment already, trying to nip it in the bud before it starts  rolling. Already though when I cough it feels, no exageration, like shards of glass are being forced through my lungs...



Oh and i hurt my right shoulder on Sunday night throwing some discs in the field.



Ohh Karma gods, what did I do this time?

I think lower pool, if the conditions are okay, should play from the long tees too, thats the best part of my game.... Provided I am on and not shanking my drives :-)

Anyone have any detailed info on Madison Meadows in Lombard? I was thiking of making course specific score cards for the safari events and its our next stop.

Mirth is going to update the last Safari event information and then I will update the points standings online.

FYI we still need to resolve two tie-breaks.



From Week 3 Bruce Brakel and Shawn Comstock tied for 1st place.



From Week 4 Josh Hurth and Kyle Scuglik tied for 4th place.



Can the involved parties please contact me as to when your available so we can try to get these resolved.

Sorry to all that I wasn't there. My life has become signficantly more complex since I had offered to run Safari. And even more so in the last month or so. I am going to try to make it to the rest of the events, but I would like to thank everyone else who has come forward in my absence to run the events.



Let me know who won the divisions and ctp today and I will get the prize discs to those people Also if someone can send me the results I will get them online and the standings tallied.
